The Founder of Strategic Year has 20 years of investment experience across different asset classes, but is focusing on real estate because of its tangibility and the different formats with which investors can gain exposure to the sector. The strategy of their company is to leverage their global network to actively identify value opportunities in different markets, seek to maximize value through tenant management and upgrade, property decoration / remodelling, selective development/re-development, and in some cases apply moderate leverage to enhance returns.
