Susan Drexler is Chief Financial Officer and has over 20 years of experience in financial management, mergers and acquisitions, licensing deals, financial planning and analysis and business analytics for life sciences companies. At Harmony, Ms. Drexler is responsible for leading the company’s financial strategy and accounting operations, raising capital and overseeing investor relations. Previously she was acting CFO and led business development for Ocugen, and has held business development, strategy and financial advisory roles for AmerisourceBergen Drug Corporation, Shire Pharmaceuticals and Duff & Phelps. She earned an MBA in Finance from the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at University of Pittsburgh, and a BS in Accounting from Albright College. Ms. Drexler is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Pennsylvania.
