Susan Standiford is Chief Technology Officer at Ingka Group. Ingka Group, formerly know as IKEA Group, is the world’s largest home furnishing retailer and owns and operates 367 IKEA stores in 30 markets (FY18) under franchise agreements with Inter IKEA Systems B.V. Susan has started her IKEA career February 2019 and has the overall responsibility for technological vision, implementing technology strategies, and ensuring that the technological resources are aligned with the company's business needs. She comes with 25 years of technology experience. Prior to IKEA, she held leading positions in several global businesses such as Oracle, Disney, Zeal, Travelocity and others. Susan brings a strong customer focus in combination with digital & tech capabilities. Susan has an engineering background and comes with a successful track-record in growing and transforming retail businesses, and building and managing strong Tech teams. She is also engaged in many advisory and supervisory boards
