Suzann received her Bachelor of Health Care Administration and her Master of Business Administration degrees from Lindenwood University. She has achieved Certification through the American College of Medical Practice Executives and is active in the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), both locally and nationally. Suzann has also received Certification through the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). Suzann has worked in healthcare for over 20 years with particular interest in billing and collection management. She actively participates in new client conversions, set up, ongoing operations and customer relations.
