Swicorp Wabel REIT Fund is a closed-ended real estate investment trust. Every year, the fund management will distribute at least 90% of the net earnings. In order to increase the expected net return for investors, the fund intends to take advantage of the financing options available as it intends to diversify its real estate investment in the future by owning real estate assets in other sectors, such as the residential, industrial, and hospitality sectors.
