We provide funding for acquisition or growth of businesses by entrepreneurs. The business needs to be in business, and have at least several hundred thousand dollars in annual sales. Entrepreneurs need to have some of their own funds, and will be expected to personally guarantee. Entrepreneurs need to have reasonably good credit. We try to match the repayment to expected cash flow.
