Tal J (T.J.) Zlotnitsky is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of iControl Systems USA, LLC (www.icontrolsbt.com) T.J. is the creative mind and the vision behind iControl. Having worked in the family business of newspaper and magazine distribution since he was 13, and until it was sold to Hudson News, T.J. has been immersed in business for nearly 25 years. He was among the featured CEO in a Reedlogic video series on management, and was the subject of a Washington Business Journal article on inspiring young leaders. Along with brother Sean, T.J. and iControl were featured in Washington CEO magazine, where he predicted in 2006 that the company would more than triple sales and hit nearly $100 million in sales in 2008, a goal the company met.
