Tamar is a Managing Partner at Challenge II and a member of the funds' investment committee. Prior to serving as Managing Partner, Tamar held several key positions with respect to Challenge Funds I and II, including Vice President, Executive Vice President, and Co-Managing General Partner. Prior to joining the funds, Tamar served as a consultant at Intercon Inc., a New York-based investment and consulting firm specializing in the Entertainment Industry. She previously worked as a corporate attorney with the firm of Proskauer Rose Goetz & Mendelsohn in New York. Tamar served as chairperson and is now a member of the Board of Directors of Sol-Gel Technologies. She is also a board member of Export Investment Company Ltd. (TASE:EXPO).
