Tammy Geis joined AccessOne as its chief financial officer in October 2003. As AccessOne’s CFO, Tammy works closely with the financial departments of our client hospitals and manages our financial activities and banking relationships. She also oversees our Compliance Programs to ensure adherence to state and federal regulations relating to HIPAA and the credit card industry. Previously, Tammy was the vice president of finance for Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte, NC, where she directed finance activities, focusing on revenue cycle enhancement and expense reduction. Her responsibilities included financial analysis, general accounting and consolidation, budgeting, decision support, reimbursement, business office, patient access and materials management. Prior to this, Tammy held positions at Ernst & Young and worked with hospitals, physicians, nursing homes, home health and other healthcare related entities.
