Kim Seng is based in Singapore and is a co-founder of 3V SourceOne Capital. He brings with him over 20 years of venture capital management and banking experience in addition to 5 years of operating experience within the IT and electronics industries. He has previously served as the Chairman of Industry Development Committee of the Singapore Venture Capital & Private Equity Association and the Honorary Treasurer.
