Tarang is a Principal and helps in running Hamilton Lane’s fund investment activity across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. His investment activity includes sourcing, leading diligences and adding value on advisory boards across private market sub-asset classes spanning buyouts, growth capital, venture capital and credit funds. Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2011, Tarang worked in the Strategy Consulting, M&A and Valuations groups at PwC, serving the financial services, private equity and hedge fund industries. Tarang also served as consultant to RBS, and worked in the equity derivatives trading departments of JP Morgan Chase and Deutsche Bank prior to that.
