Tarun Katial is the Founder and CEO of Eve World. He is a former Founder and CEO at ZEE5. He attended H.R. College of Commerce and Economics and the University of Mumbai. With 20 years of experience in Indian media industry, Tarun is currently spearheading the task of establishing ZEE5 as the Numero Uno OTT brand in the country. He is credited with setting up the team and the business at ZEE5 and has worked across content, business, product, technology and data analytics monetisation to build the OTT brand into a cohesive platform. He has also made investments in AI & ML and is the frontrunner for introduction of innovative features that attract and enhance user experiences, making ZEE5 a Single Entertainment Hub. During his career, Tarun worked with advertising agencies like Saatchi & Saatchi, Enterprise Nexus and Ogilvy & Mather, with television network companies like Star Network and Sony Entertainment Television as well as radio network 92.7 BIG FM.
