Tassos D. Recachinas was appointed to our board of directors and elected as chief executive officer in August 2011, and is responsible for execution of the Company's business activities. Mr. Recachinas' experience encompasses operational, administrative, business development, finance, executive and ownership roles at both small and large organizations.
