Ted Smith is Operating Partner*, and Chairman of G Square’s Healthcare Advisory Board. He is Non-Executive Chairman of Accomplish Group, Keys Group, and Pharmacy2U (G Square portfolio companies). Over his extensive career, Ted has built an oustanding track record in the UK healthcare space. As Chief Executive Officer, he successfully turned around two healthcare services companies: European Care Group and Craegmoor. He spent his early career holding senior positions in operations and sales & marketing at Boots the Chemists, WH Smith and The Big Food Group. He was a member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society for 30 years and sat on its council, as well as the Board of Kensington, Westminster and Chelsea Family Health Services Authorities. He also was Honorary Treasurer and Vice Chairman of the English Care Community Association. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Nottingham University and a BSc in Pharmacy with honours from the University of Portsmouth. *
