Tedd Grain joined Eskenazi Health Foundation in 2021 after two decades of work in community development, most recently serving as Executive Director of LISC Indianapolis. He also serves as Director of Social Determinants of Health for Eskenazi Health, leading strategy and implementation for the health care system around social determinants of health. His expertise lies in creating partnerships and investment that improve the social determinants of health, including economic mobility, food capability, housing,transportation, and creating healthy neighborhoods. During his time at LISC, Grain led the investment of over $50 M to improve health equity for Indianapolis neighborhood residents, leading the Great Places 2020 initiative,expanding the Centers for Working Families program, co-founding the Indy Food Council and more.
