Teodoro De Regibus was born in Italy and grew up in The UK where he still lives. He Loves to cook, although a beginner he tries his best to make mouth watering food. He has a Blog at www.teodoroderegibus.com where you can check for recipes, but watch out, Teodoro De Regibus also dislikes what he terms sick Recipes and writes these to name and shame. These recipes are not supposed to be used, Teodoro De Regibus just wants the world to know how sick some other Countries are. As well as cooking he loves to read non fiction books, snowboarding, fishing and relaxing and writing poems. He has travelled the world and has visited over 55 countries and always tries to find an authentique recipe to share.
