Since 2012, Teresa serves on the Board of ON Semiconductor, a $4B NASDAQ public company serving on the Audit Committee & the Governance/Nominating committee. Teresa is a “financial expert” relative to compliance with the SEC and NASDAQ/NYSE criteria requirements on the audit committee. Since 2014, Teresa is also on the board of Atlantic Power, dual listed on the Toronto exchange and NYSE.
