Associate Director, PwC New Zealand As an Associate Director in PwC’s Experience Consulting team, Thea applies her deep expertise in human decision-making to help organisations understand and design for how people think and behave in real life. With a background in behavioural science, Thea helps organisations to understand and design for human behaviour, recognising that people’s thought processes can often be intuitive and gut-driven rather than deliberative and planned. Using the latest methods from behavioural science, she is experienced in running experiments, including randomised controlled trials. Thea brings extensive experience applying behavioural science, both nationally and internationally. She has led a range of complex projects across the public and private sector, such as digital platform engagement, medication adherence, employee performance improvement, road safety and more. Thea has a Master’s of Science in Behavioural Economics and is also a seasoned speaker;
