As a Venture Partner of G-51, Theresa serves as a general management and strategy consultant or board member for select portfolio companies. She is instrumental in optimizing strategic goals, sales and marketing operations, channel programs, and human resources management. She is a specialist in high-growth tactical execution and works directly with CEOs and VPs of Sales to identify their top priorities to accelerate timely growth and execute their business objectives. She has worked directly with Digital Motorworks, Motion Computing, ReachForce, Augmentix and Pilot Software. Prior to joining G-51, Theresa spent 12 years at Dell in a variety of executive positions. Most recently she served as the vice president and general manager of Large Corporate Accounts (Fortune 400-2000), Dell Online and Workstations. She had general management responsibility for all strategic and operational aspects of this $2 billion business segment. She was also in charge of the execution of the Dell Online
