Thibaut De Ridder is Co-founder and Chief Product Officer of Monytr, a fleet management platform built for heavy industries including construction, infrastructure, rental, and port operations. Monytr helps fleet operators turn raw machine data into actionable uptime intelligence - consolidating mixed fleets across OEM brands into a single platform. At Monytr, Thibaut leads product strategy and development, with a focus on bridging the gap between telematics hardware, OEM data integrations, and data-driven insights. He has deep hands-on expertise in protocols, machine data pipelines, and enterprise API integrations with manufacturers. Before founding Monytr, Thibaut built a foundation in IoT and telematics, developing expertise across the full hardware-to-software stack - from device configuration and protocol decoding to SaaS product design and go-to-market strategy. He is based in Belgium and is an active voice in the construction tech and fleet intelligence space.
