Thomas Harsch decided to launch Elenas after two years of building businesses with Polymath Ventures in Colombia that were focused on serving similar target consumers. Previously, Thomas worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence for several Berlin- and Barcelona-based tech companies. Thomas also worked in consulting at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, mainly focused on digital transformation projects. Additionally, Thomas is the Founder of StartUp Notes, Europe’s top business podcast, a fellow at the Kairos Society, and holds a MSc in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from ESADE Business School and a CEMS MSc in International Management.
