Thomas Vogel is an Investment Director at DTCP in the Venture Capital team. He is based in Silicon Valley and serves as a board member / observer at the following portfolio companies: Mojio, Streetlight Data, Tarana Wireless, and Uhana. Thomas is responsible for investments in early-stage and growth companies in the Segments AI, data analytics, e-commerce, IoT, marketing tech and telecommunications technology. Thomas has been active in managing, advising and investing in technology and media companies for 20 years, including positions with Credit Suisse First Boston’s M&A Group, publicly listed Internet Investment Holding IMH, T-Online and Scout24. He co-founded and led the online market place local24.de and worked as CFO for a German online video platform start-up before joining DT’s Corporate Venture Capital Unit in 2010. Thomas holds degrees in European Business Administration from ESB Reutlingen and Middlesex University Business School London.
