Tom is a Managing Director in Baird's Financial Sponsor Coverage and Industrial and Consumer Groups. Since joining Baird, he has participated in equity financing and mergers and acquisitions transactions totaling more than $13 billion and has led a variety of transactions in the commercial and specialty vehicle, heavy truck and automobile supply, and vehicle aftermarket and distribution sectors. Prior to joining Baird in 1997, Tom received an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business Administration, was a financial analyst with Goldman Sachs & Co., and graduated with honors in English Literature from Boston College.
