Thorsten Langheim has served as a director of our Company since April 30, 2013 and is a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and Executive Committee of our Board of Directors. Langheim also serves as Senior Vice President Group Corporate Development of Deutsche Telekom, our majority stockholder and a leading integrated telecommunications company, a position he has held since November 2009. In his current role, he manages Deutsche Telekom’s Corporate Strategy and Group M&A activities. Prior to his position at Deutsche Telekom, Langheim was Managing Director at the Private Equity Group of The Blackstone Group, an asset management and financial services company, from May 2004 to June 2009, primarily focusing on private equity investments in Germany.
