Thousand Hills Venture Fund manages foreign investment funds in Africa. They invest in middle-market transactions in select African countries. Their current activities are focused on Rwanda, although they have future plans to expand and we presently consider select transactions outside Rwanda. THVF currently manages the only US-based Africa investment fund that is financed entirely by private money. Their principal strategy is to develop innovative investment vehicles for foreigners to co-invest with knowledgeable local investors in Africa. They have offices in Denver, Colorado and Kigali, Rwanda.
