As the founder of the firm, Tim serves as President and CEO of TimHaahs, leading our national and international services in the planning and design of mixed-use and parking structures. Tim has presented to the United Nations and other international organizations about the critical role of parking and transportation in economic development and urban planning. He was appointed by the White House and confirmed by the Senate to the Board of Directors of the National Institute of Building Sciences in 2013. Tim has received numerous awards throughout his career, including the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, the Zweig White Jerry Allen Courage in Leadership Award and the ASCE Philadelphia Engineer of the Year Award.
