Dr. Acharya is the Founder & CMD of Videonetics. He is a Fellow of IEEE for his “contributions to the advancement of very large scale integration algorithms and architectures for electronic image processing”. He is also Fellows of many other Institutions worldwide. He is recipient of “2009 NASI – Reliance Platinum Jubilee Award for innovation in Physical Sciences” from National Academy of Science in India, “Outstanding Engineer” award from IEEE Southwest Region, USA, and “Engineer of the Year” award from IEEE Phoenix, USA in 2008.
