Tmura, a foundation with a unique business model, collects donations of options from start- ups and upon a successful liquidity event, distributes the proceeds to education and youth-related charities in Israel. Tmura was founded in 2002 by Yadin Kaufmann and is led by Executive Director Baruch Lipner.
