Toby Prosky is a Managing Member at Carmenta Capital Management, late stage venture fund focused on acquiring the highest value assets. He is also the Founder of Orchid Spike. Orchid Spike provides strategic, communication, execution, and funding advice to new companies in a variety of industries, helping them along from vision to funded realization. At WPW, Toby developed the proprietary governance analytics engine and valuation model which are at the heart of WPW's mission to deliver low-risk non-correlated returns in the public equities market. Prior to founding Orchid Spike and WPW, Toby was a Principal at Founders Fund, where he participated in raising the firm's first institutional fund, which more than doubled the size of the firm. He also was on the late-stage investment team. Prior to joining Founders Fund, Toby was Philosophy Professor until his shift to Wall St. in 2003.
