Todd Rosoff is a Partner at The Raine Group. Prior to joining Raine, he was an Executive Director in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at UBS Investment Bank. As a senior member of the M&A team, Todd worked alongside the Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) sector team on the origination and execution of M&A, advisory and financing assignments for leading technology companies including IBM, Dell, Yahoo, Softbank, EMC, ARRIS and others. He also regularly participated as a member of the US Fairness Opinion & Valuation Committee. Prior to UBS, Todd worked at Technology Crossover Ventures, a leading provider of growth capital to technology companies, focused on investing within the software and services sectors. Todd began his career in the Technology Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Robertson Stephens & Company.
