Founder of RecXchange, a recruiter operating system where recruiters work on real roles and earn fees. Tom has spent his career in recruitment and recruitment operations, working directly with agencies, independent recruiters, and hiring businesses. Through that experience, he saw first-hand how much recruitment work happens outside software — in WhatsApp groups, emails, spreadsheets, and informal agreements — leading to lost fees, broken trust, and unnecessary friction. He founded RecXchange to bring recruiter collaboration and fee-earning work into one operating system, allowing recruiters to collaborate securely without losing ownership or control.
