Tom S. Anthofer

Tom co-founded Cipio Partners in 2003 and served as one of the MPs. On a day-to-day basis, he overlooked the Cipio funds’ Realization and Exit Management function as well as serving on the boards of a number of later-stage portfolio companies. Prior to Cipio, Tom was a Partner and Managing Director of Broadview Holdings LP (sold to Jefferies & Co., Inc. in 2003), New York/London, one of the largest investment banking and private equity firms dedicated to the Technology, Media and Telecommunications industries. Before joining Broadview in 1992, Tom was with Nomura, the investment firm, and Mitsubishi Corp., the world’s largest trading firm, in Tokyo, where he held responsibility for both firms’ principal investment activity in Medical and Information Technology businesses. Tom holds a Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School.
