Prior to joining NEP in 1998, Tom worked with investment banking firm Crowell, Weedon & Company where he successfully completed numerous M&A transactions, public offerings, and valuations. Tom’s current board memberships include Actagro, Cyber Risk Management, GoHealth, Surgical Information Systems, and Welocalize. Notable past investments for Tom include Amcom Software, Carson Industries, CVI Melles Griot, Pelican Products, and Rosetta Stone.
