Prior to Cadre, Tom worked at The Baupost Group for six years, where he was a Principal responsible for sourcing and managing investments across a wide range of industries, geographies, and asset classes. Prior to The Baupost Group, Tom worked at Goldman Sachs in the Real Estate Principal Investment Area where he focused on equity and debt transactions in the real estate space.
