Mr. Sullivan is a co-founder and Managing Director of the Innovation Garden. He is also the owner of Princeton Partners, a nationally-honored brand marketing and digital advertising agency. He grew Princeton Partners from a retail creative boutique with nine employees to a 45 person integrated marketing agency serving national and international clients before purchasing the firm in 2001. For the last seven years, Princeton Partners has been named one of the nation’s top BtoB agencies by BtoB Magazine. Sullivan has consulted with over 200 companies including Fortune 500 and many small and middle market companies. He has played a key role in business turnarounds including Pacer International, a $2 billion transportation and logistics company and Greenfield Online which was sold to Microsoft.
