Tony Li is based in the firm’s Hong Kong office.
 
Prior to joining General Atlantic, Mr. Li served as chief representative in Beijing office of San Shan Capital Partners and before that as a senior analyst in Mckinsey & Company. 
 
Mr. Li earned an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Engineering in computer science & Bachelor of Engineering in telecommunication engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University.
