TPSV is focussed on nurturing ideas and the entrepreneurs behind those ideas. Access to early stage capital is provided to allow an idea to reach proof of concept or minimum viable product stage. Based out of Dubai (UAE), they are particularly focussed on developing start-ups in the MENA region. As early stage investors, they prefer not to tie up entrepreneurs in red tape and reams of paperwork. They would rather focus on getting a deal done and allow the founders to build the concept and prove the need for the product and service!
