Traci is responsible for shareholder relations, risk management, legal and corporate governance, HR, and real estate. Prior to her current role Traci served as ExactTarget’s Chief Financial Officer from 2004 through June 2011, where in addition to the responsibilities cited above, she oversaw all accounting, finance, and treasury functions. Traci is a distinguished leader and was awarded the American Business Awards Financial Executive of the Year in 2010 and the honor of CFO of the Year by the Indiana Business Journal in December 2009. Before joining ExactTarget’s Executive Team, Traci served as Vice President of Finance and Administration, Secretary, and Treasurer of Made2Manage Systems, Inc., a publicly traded enterprise software company. There, Traci led the effort to privatize the company, which was completed in August 2003.
