Formed in 2014, TransConnect Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of Apex Capital Corp. Apex Capital, a full-service factoring company that has purchased freight invoices from small- to medium-sized trucking companies for the past 20 years, started TransConnect Services so all trucking companies, whether an Apex client or not, have the opportunity to experience the legendary customer service that Apex is known for. The mission of TransConnect Services is to level the playing field between small- to medium-sized carriers and the larger fleets.
