Trent Kososki

Mr. Kososki is a Partner at Energy Capital Partners and has been with the firm since inception in 2005. He serves as co-head of the firm’s credit platform and is a member of the Credit Investment Committee, Credit Operating Committee and Valuation Committee. Mr. Kososki helped launch and lead the firm’s credit investing activities. He co-led the team that sourced and was integrally involved in structuring, executing and monitoring seven of the nine deals in the first credit fund totaling more than $500 million in investments across a diverse array of industry sub-sectors including midstream oil & gas, power generation, renewables and metallurgical coal mining. Mr. Kososki currently serves on the boards of Ramaco Resources Inc., Furie Operating Alaska LLC, ADA Carbon Solutions, LLC, and prior to realization, served on the boards of Rimrock Midstream LLC, Chieftain Sand and Proppant LLC and Sungevity Inc. Prior to joining Energy Capital Partners, Mr. Kososki worked at Credit Suisse Firs
