Trigon Equity Partners is a private equity company with focus on German mid-cap companies in the areas of industry, trade and service. In the context of growth, follow-up and restructuring business cases Trigon Equity Partners acquires majorities of companies with revenues between EUR 10 and 150mn. Trigon supports these companies hands-on and in strong cooperation with their operational management. Main objective is the sustainable and focused development of the portfolio companies. Trigon Equity Partners was established in 2010 by three active partners who have longterm experience in banking, private equity, consulting and industry.
