Tristen Lazareff

Mr. Lazareff serves as Vice President of Business Affairs and oversees human resources and legal affairs for Vert Capital and its portfolio companies. In addition, he has served as Liquidator for numerous international corporations. Prior to working at Vert Capital, Lazareff oversaw business and legal affairs for CinemaElectric, Inc., a worldwide mobile production and distribution company. Lazareff graduated from the University of La Verne College of Law, where he was awarded CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for Law and Technology, Appellate Advocacy, and the 2001 National Entertainment Law Moot Court Honors Team.
