TVC Holdings plc ("TVC") is a publicly quoted investment holding company with its shares trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and the ESM market of the Irish Stock Exchange. TVC's net assets at 30 September 2013 were €74 million mainly comprised of the investment in UTV valued at €38 million; three unquoted investments valued at €10 million; and cash of €26 million (net of dividend withholding tax paid in October 2013).
