Ubiz is a corporate finance firms active in M&A - fundraising. We provide a 360° service to the entrepreneur from documentation preparation (investment deck & BP), search for investors, terms negotiation up to closing. We are physically based in Brussels & Paris, with mandates in Europe, Middle-East & Asia. Our customers are usually tech startups with a minimum turnover of 1m€, confirmed entrepreneurs with an agressive external growth strategy, greenfield infra projects (usually post-development/pre-construction), post succesfull clinical trials phase 1 promising biotech, Agtech/foodtech company adapted to the current climate change, company owners looking for selling .. Our investment network is highly diverse & international. We tend to favour & accompany companies with a positive impact for the planet, but keep our mindset practical & always open to fast-growing "neutral" companies.
