It acts as an advisor in mergers, acquisitions, or private investor funding operations. Develops strategies for raising finances, arranging financial activities, and coordinating them. And identifying funding opportunities through local or offshore debt issuances, as well as arranging and executing agreements that match our clients' demands. It is founded in 2020.
