USAID East Africa Trade and Investment Hub is a U.S. Government that seeks to increase commerce and investment with and within Africa. The Hub's mission is to deepen regional integration, boost the economic viability of select regional agriculture value chains, promote two-way trade with the United States under the African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA), and facilitate investment and technology that drives intra-regional and global trade growth.
