Established in 1996 as Norsk Vind AS, re-branded Valinor AS in 2019, the company is a family owned investment firm that holds controlling interest in Norsk Vind Energi AS, Norway's largest private wind company. The company re-invests 90% of its profits into clean tech and renewable energy companies worldwide. Its largest investments include global leader in electricity infrastructure Zaptec, and solar energy developer Norsk Solar AS.
