Vanessa Cann is Managing Director and Data & AI Innovation Lead at Accenture, where she helps DAX companies implement AI transformation at scale. Previously, she was Managing Director and later board member of the German AI Association (KI Bundesverband e.V.), building it into Europe's largest AI network with over 500 members. She also co-founded nyonic, an AI startup developing multilingual language models for European industrial applications, before stepping down in early 2024. Vanessa developed her interest in artificial intelligence in political consulting, where she advised Fortune 500 companies on their digital policies. She remains an honorary member of the KI Bundesverband and continues as a mentor for startups and advisor to Women in AI, having been recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30 and Capital's Top 40 Under 40.
