Mr. Kostyanovskiy is a Managing Partner of CIRTech Fund. Prior to joining CIRTech Fund, Mr. Kostyanovsky was Investment Director at RUSNANO, a multi-billion dollar fund owned by the Government of the Russian Federation. Mr. Kostyanovskiy started working for RUSNANO (Russian state owned nanotechnology investment fund) as investment director since 2010 managing investment projects related to semiconductor industry, electronic devices and machine tools. Mr. Kostyanovskiy has experience in sourcing deals from Europe, Israel, USA and Russia. Prior to that he was a member of the investment team of Bioprocess Capital Partners - Russian VC Fund dedicated to biotech and fine chemicals industries from the very start of that fund. Prior to his investment carrier Mr. Kostyanovskiy for 5 years used to work at top positions in Russian companies related to fine and specialty chemicals manufacturing and sale.
