Vikram was retained as a 'Technical Specialist' with a strong academic background by focusing on external benchmarks for techno-functional improvement. Prior to the aerospace and defence domain, he was employed with several years of experience as a lead engineer (system automation). While working in these roles, he became fascinated with responsible research, engineering design, validation, technology intelligence, agile operation, internal assessment, and policy generation.
